SERVICES FROM PALAZZO JEWELLERY
- Lifetime services of Polishing & Cleaning of Jewellery bought from Palazzo Jewellery
- Lifetime Guarantee for Fixing of Diamond free of charge, (If diamond is lost Customer need to pay nominal charges of diamond)
- Lifetime Free service for sizing of Rings (Additional Gold Charges will be applied)
- Lifetime Maintenance & checking of Diamonds Free forever.
- Recommended after Every 6 months to check setting of Diamonds.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY OF PALAZZO JEWELLERY
- 100% Refund if Item is returned within Seven Days from date of Invoice, unworn & untag along with Original Invoice & packing material.
- 100% Exchange of item within a period of 1 year on Invoice Value if item it’s not damaged or altered.
- 25% Reduction on Invoice value if item exchanged after 1 to maximum of 2 Years.
MANUFACTURING CAUSES
- 100% Refund within 30 days in case of Manufacturing Fault (Condition Apply)
- 100 % Exchange within 30 days in case of Manufacturing Fault which was intimated to us after purchase of Jewellery within 7 days.

- Palazzo Jewellery holds all rights in case of any dispute to make a final decision.
